Pre-Event Borneo Blockchain Summit
Time flies! Finally the event of Borneo Blockchain Summit that was held in Kota Kinabalu Sabah Malaysia was exact 7 days ago and is finally done! This is the first ever Blockchain Summit in Sabah.
Blockchain?
Till today some people are still asking me what is all about and what is Blockchain? Blockchain technology is related with digital currencies for example Bitcoin. When mentioned about Bitcoin, everyone is definitely got the whole idea what is all about.
#steemxp as the organizer of Borneo Blockchain Summit that focuses more in educational content to public in a proper conference way. Some say is the first ever held in Borneo (East Malaysia). The reason to organize this BBS event is to create awareness and to understand more about Blockchain Technology.
What did we do a day before?
Preparation of banner, signage, sound check and visual testing with all individual roles is what we did during the day before. To make sure everything runs smoothly. A final briefing to all volunteers as well.
Location?
BBS event was held at one of our local university’s campus which is Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). I myself got lost inside the campus and couldn’t find the exact location. Is too huge!! Here I need to say thank you to one of our volunteer that made a map for all of us to make sure we can get there without any problem.

Evening Session
#steemxp organized a cocktail party gathering at one of the chill place in Kota Kinabalu Sabah Malaysia named The Box where few of us as volunteers gathered together with speakers, partners and sponsors.
