Serving the Community & People - With Title or Without Title??

Recently our Sabah Head of State celebrated his 65th Birthday. It was as usual and expected year by year we tend to see people get awarded with Titles of Datukship (PGDK, ASDK, ASK, BSK and BK). First of all, let congratulate and wish our Head of State Sabah "Yang DiPertua Negeri Tun Juhar Mahiruddin" for his 65th birthday celebrations.

With this said, since the Opposition has won Sabah General Election recently, this is the first time that the Tuan Yang Terutama (TYT) celebrate his birthday under a ruling opposition party.

Have anyone ask why and when every single time the Sultan or Head of State birthday's, people will get awarded by Titles? It's a long history, I suggest you click here and here for some reading, trust me its worth to know and read especially if you are a Malaysian or an Expat living in this country.

To start off on the Why do people get awarded titles when the Sultans and Head of State celebrate their Birthdays? This is what I know and understand :

1, People who serve their community and state and country
2, People who excel in Sport, Business, Music and other fields that could bring up the State and Country
3, People who fight against Corruption, Money Laundering which can progress the State and Country
4, People who 24/7 help the Poor, the unfortunate, and the sick
5, People who fight on the protection of animals regardless of Land or Sea
6, People who put the people first and his/her family second and he/she No.3
7, People who have work a tremendous amount of years in the Government sector that help's grow the community to a better
8.People who have spent millions of money and time and effort in helping the Country to be a better place.

These are the people that dedicate their own time and effort to reach outside of their comfort zones. These are the people risk their lives for the sake of the poor and needy. These are the people that spend a tireless amount of time to reach out to the poor and these are the people that should be awarded for the title in whatever capacity they are into.

Nonetheless, recently in our Social Media, a news feed that comes to my attention that many Sabah netizens voice out their disagreement on some people get their awards title TOO SOON.

~ Have they spend enough time to serve the people?
~ Did they get the award because they won the recent general election?
~ What merit should we looking into to give these titles to deserving people??
~ For some award receiver, they just too young. Have they contributed much?
~ Some say its still early to give out awards?
~ Some question on why most political leaders will get more boost on awards rather than community leaders?
~ Why the current ruling party leaders do not opt to act like other leaders in Penang ?? For Eg: YB Lim Guan Eng.

So many other questions actually that brought up by the netizens, therefore I leave this question for you to answer and comment below:

~ Is Title Awards more Important serving the people or without the Title?
~ Does it benefit the people when your leaders get the Title Awards?
~ Will the community praise you more if you get a Title?
~ Will you work harder for the people after the getting a title?
~ What is the difference with Title and No Title? Life goes on?
