Team Serbia is project inspired by existing local Steemit communities and founded by the group of enthusiasts experienced in some of the largest Steemit projects. The main project goal is creating sustainable conditions for empowering, development and promotion of the community while providing the active support for local authors regardless of the language they are writing.

1. Community empowering, development and promotion - three principles of operations

Through the commitment to three main principles in their operations, Team Serbia aims to provide the answer to most common problems which can be seen as different obstacles that are preventing individuals to show their full potential on the platform – from insufficient level of knowledge about its mechanisms, rules and ways of conduct, to language barriers which are commonly caused by lack of English language skills. Also, authors who manage to overcome these barriers still deserve to be supported and promoted within the community they belong to.

From stated principles comes the individual goals of the project:

Supporting new and existing local and regional authors in all aspects of their activity within the platform
Promotion and popularization of Steemit in the Republic of Serbia
Positioning the community as an example of good practice

2. Team Serbia Operations

The primary way for author support is the @teamserbia upvote which value is created by the accumulation of Steem Power trough:

Steem power delegations from project supporters;
User participation in the @teamserbia voting trail;
Rewards from the posts published on @teamserbia blog;

STEEM POWER DELEGATIONS – Team Serbia accepts delegations from all users who recognize and support project goals and wish to help in maintaining its sustainability. Every delegation is voluntary and doesn’t bring any privileges.

VOTING TRAIL – This is a concept in which all members follow an account they trust with personal votes. The process of voting is automatic, and the members still keep the ability to vote independently. With the growth of the Team Serbia voting trail, also grows the value of the project vote and vote of every trail member. In every moment, all members of the trail have full control over their SP, gaining their share from the curation rewards of every post that @teamserbia votes for, just like when they manually do it themselves.

TEAM SERBIA TEXTS – All earnings from the texts published on the @teamserbia blog will be used for further promotion of the community and development of the project.

3. CURATION RULES

In order to enable equal chance for rewarding all members, Team Serbia follows these rules:

One author may have one rewarded post daily, and a maximum of five per week;
Posts must be original;
Posts with sensitive political and religious content will not be rewarded;

4. COMMUNICATION WITH THE COMMUNITY

Every user can contact any representative of the project at any moment or take a part in discussions.

Among the participants, there are no differences which can affect their rewards. Rules for content evaluation are same for all members, regardless of their role in the project. Team Serbia is an open community, focused on support with minimal demands and maximum respect of independence and diversity of all its members.

Founders of the project (board members) are doing only operative work and are equal in all other rights with other community members. Every member can take responsibilities within the project, influence its activities or contribute in any other way in agreement with the project operatives.

Every member may propose their own or others posts to Team Serbia curators through dedicated Discord channels which will be introduced to them when they join official Discord server for the first time. Proposals are not a mandatory step for rewards – curators searching and rewarding posts within (and out of) #teamserbia category.

Team Serbia will continuously inform the community about its activities in the best possible way. In an effort of absolute working transparency, following information and topics will regularly be published on @teamserbia blog:
