What a Monday!
I popped into the local Friendly Butcher & Bakery (Yes, Nico there is friendly, but that's literally the name of the shop) to test drive some new black buns that he might be making for me going forward and tasted some if the BEST biltong I've had in ages.
If you're ever in the Centurion area, make sure you pull in there and try it out!!! Oh yes... and how cool are those black buns? 💣 💣 💣 🏆🏆🏆 📷 @ilanisnapshots

Been trying a couple of recipes... these specific ones use a squid-ink gel ... and I think they are the ones I'm gonna be using at all my events from now on.
