Does this work? It's my Thai friends' all purpose volcanic stone braai maybe. They brought it to Bangkok from up north and it is a prized possession. There is coal in it and they always tell me people who cook with gas are doing the wrong thing.
The trays are steaming fish and veggies on top of that.
I feel like I need a good definition of Braai and to know how picky you are. I can go back to my file and get some meat if I need to, but I love this thing and the photo.
hahahaha... that's a tricky one... Potjie DOES indeed count as potjie... and this is pretty close to potjiekos... so I'm gonna let it count ;-)

This was the recent braai that we ate, although I wasn't able to take a photo of the process. We ate this to celebrat our Granpa's 85 birthday. We call it Lechon here in the PHilippines
