It's been 4 days now that my Pio is not well because of his Baby Measles or Roseola Infantum

His fever is on and off but his temp is low from 37.5-38.5 degree only.

According to the doctor nothing to worry because it will subside 5-7 days. But aside from the medical advice there's a lot of advice also coming from the oldies, the old beliefs.

Do not let your son be exposed from the wind

Do not let your baby scratch it

Eat Mongo beans for all the rashes to come out

Do not let him take a bath

✖️

Don't let him eat something that is fishy

✖️

Sour Foods and fruits is also a No! No!

Let him wear colored-black

Do not let the baby scratch the itchy part, use. Mosquito net and gently scrub baby's skin.

They're saying that if the child will be expose from the wind the measles will disappear untimely and and a bad thing for baby's health.The measles will spread to other parts of the body.

Grandma's Beliefs are forever, though it doesn't have medical basis, but with the long experience of our oldies, I think that's basis enough to somehow believe them, I really love listening to them and trying to apply and do all their advice.

I hope and pray that my baby will be fine soon.
