SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND THE IMPACT WHICH IT HAS HAD IN OUR WORLD

Centuries ago, there was no sign of any moving car or anything which would even produce a sniff of science and technology. Come back to our present day and science and technology has exploded giving us many things which we would have thought and dreamed of. Most people would have even put it down to mere wishful thinking if asked if it were possible. What are some of those things which science and technology has done that has changed the world?
• ELECTRICITY: for many years, man had gotten used to the idea that darkness was inevitable at night but science has had other idea. With the coming of electricity, most of mankind would never have expected it to be at the fulcrum of everything happening right now in the world today. Electricity has been able to give man the necessary power to complete project which has led to better communication and participation.
• INTERNET: the one thing which stunned the entire world into silence. The coming of the Internet was something which no body every anticipated. There is nothing that can be used to describe what the Internet has been able to achieve for mankind. It is simply too good to be true and is getting better with the passing of every hour.
There is just no doubt that despite the short coming of science and technology, the world has no choice but to appreciate it for it has done.
