Explanation of Block diagram of power system

At point A, that is generating station( it might be hydro, thermal etc). The voltage that come out from the generating station is 16kv.. There is always a standby transformer in the station which will step up the voltage to 330kv/132kv. Do you want to to know why the voltage was step up?
Don't worry, I will tell you, Let take this as example, do you know that those nonliving thing also feel how we feels also??? You can argue with me na, why do Iron chair feel cold when it is harmattan and Feel hot when it is sunny? Answer that..
So there is always a loss along the way from the power station( generating station) to transmission sub station which might be from weather, rainy, sunny and many other things. Now back to work.

The 330kv/132kv which will have losses on the way, will enter the transmission substation( or receiving station using Nigeria as a case study, like Station in OSOGBO, just because all electricity that were generated in all power stations or generating station were transmitted there}}}}, and all the transformers there are step down transformer, which will step the high voltage to 33kv( it is also very high now, there will still be losses on the way to ..
