Some time when we give print comment but nothing is output. Means no print out given by the printer. Some time we are going to the control panel and want to delete the print queue file. But we cannot be deleted. Means print job is stuck. Some time we restart our computer. It is solves the problem. But when we are hurry, restarting a computer is very time consuming job. And it increase our workload. But here is the few steps where you find it is solve the problem. And your printer is working properly.
STEPS
Press Windows + R key
Type services.msc
A new window open.
Find Print Spooler
- Stop it. ( Find upper left corner)
Then again press windows + R key
Type C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Printers
Delete all file.
Then restart the print spooler job.
That’s all. Hope you will solve your problem. Now print job is working.
