When conditions are warm and moist, such as those near a sweating body, the fabric allows infrared radiation (heat) to pass through.

Interesting article about a new fabric that automatically cools or insulates depending on conditions. That's amazing! It's like something out of the movies, can't wait to start wearing clothes made of this.....
