The company Canaan Creative CO., LTD announced the Avalon Miner A9 with ASICs build on 7-nm technology.
With 30 terahashes per second, it consumes 1.720 watts. Compared to the Antminer S9j from Bitmain that needs 1.350 watts for 14.5 terahashes per second it looks pretty efficient.

Sounds crazy? Yes, the same company comes up with a 4k TV called LB4318.
With 26 ASICs (still on 16-nm technology) you will mine with 2.8 terahashes and a power consumption of 300-400 watts.
