The Children They Made - A Short story!

So the year is 2050 and there are many weird things happening. There are robots for everything. One f the most sophisticated discoveries were that of the baby generator. This whole concept of not needing two people to conceive a child actually changed the mindset of many.

Mostly after the great apocalypse , there were many casualties. It was one of the worst experiences ever . And it became more and more hard to mate. Cause the population had decreased , some even moved to other planets.

So this scientist , Mackenzie , designed a program , which could give you a genetic copy of yourself , a new baby. Without needing both the partners. This became very popular , cause everyone wanted their own legacies to be alive after they were gone.

But this was not very good for the society , cause now there was no love involved ,it was more like a business contract. Back in the day , it was all about the pain the mom endured for giving birth and then the dad also takes care of the baby. And even the love between mom and dad and the kids. It was all very special. But here , the situation is more like , they take some contents from you , and then the baby is created , but the baby is fully insured and doesn't get sick , cause they have included the most best chromosome structure. And the babies have a robotic structure within , they don't have any emotional connection.

So without love , people are just living , that seems so boring . Usually when children are raised they get the love from both their parents , siblings or relatives. And then there are kids who had lost their family , who are living in orphonages , but they become friends with themselves . But here , it's more like robotics , there is no love in this chemical equation. So the children are not viewed as children , and they have certain superpowers too.

So everyone is not happy about this , there are certain people who are still protesting against this claiming , this is against god. But all that still goes unnoticed .

And the amount of chdren are not very high , it's just to keep the population alive. But that's so weird , cause some of the parents are super super old , but they opted for this , and now they have a newborn. But they are ultimately unable to take care of him/her cause they might go back. So , the lab will take care of them and create good lab technician for future. Then again this makes me believe that , maybe they didn't do the opting , maybe someone forcefully made them so it , since they managed to be still alive.

Something more like the maze runner. Maybe there is a civilization beyond this , but nobody knows about this.

One of the most controversial topics , was this woman named Angelica , she fought till her last breath , to have her own child , in her. But , there was no use . This was the government's plan after all. I guess who is governing us now , cause I assumed many people passed away during the apocalypse. Nobody sees anyone , it's just sent through these virus messages to our homes.

So if we do something different or like before they would let loose the killer megatron. So , everyone is just listening and creating their own babies .

I'm writing all this cause , if one day you all get this in the past , then I really want you all to try and stop this from happening. But be very careful guys , they have eyes everywhere , you really can't trust anyone.
