Malam ini saya ingin membagikan sebuah resep sederhana tentang sayuran hijau yang satu ini yaitu sayur genjer,genjer banyak di temui di area persawahan atau perairan dangkal genjer merupakan sayuran alternatif bila tidak ada sayuran lain yang di masak

Saat ini sayur genjer merupakan makanan favorit masyarakat Indonesia,terutama bagi mereka yang vegetarian daun genjer dapat di beli di pasar-pasar tradisional dan masih jarang di pasar-pasar modern,daun genjer biasa di masak sebagai tumisan dan lalapan dan dibawah ini manfaat dari daun genjer :

  1. Serat
    serat dalam sayuran genjer untuk melancarkan pencernaan,mencegah sembelit,dan meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh

  2. Protein
    protein bisa untuk menambah sumber energi

3.kalsium
Berguna untuk menjaga kesehatan tulang

4.fosfor
Mencegah terjadinya osteoporosis
Masih banyak lagi manfaat daun genjer bagi kesehatan

  2. 2siung bawang putih
  3. 2 siung bawang merah
  4. cabai secukupnya
  5. terasi
  6. penyedap rasa

    caranya potong-potong daun genjer kemudian cuci bersih dan rebus sebentar setelah layu angkat dan tiriskan kemudian tumis bumbu yang telah diiris-iris beserta terasi setelah berbau harum masukan genjer tadi beri penyedap rasa dan tumis hingga masak,setelah masak angkat dan sajikan

The ingredients:

  1. 2 gener cards
  2. 2-substitute garlic
  3. 2 shallots cloves
  4. sufficient chili
  5. shrimp paste
  6. flavoring
    how to cut the leaves of the genjer and then wash and boil briefly after wilting lift and drain, then saute the sliced spices and shrimp paste after smelling, add the flavored genjer and saute until cooked, after cooking lift and serve

Sangat mudahkan membuatnya selain sangat bergizi dan enak tumis genjer ini banyak sekali manfaatnya,selamat malam selamat beristirahat dan tidak lupa untuk bahagia

Masakan yang sederhana, tapi menggugah selera & sayangnya udah jarang yang jual dalam keadaan udah dimasak 🤤😋
