Take five betel leaves, wash them thoroughly, and squeeze them together until they are broken. then filtered and just take the filtered water result. Put the water into a clean plate. then blink your eyes into it.

Ambil lima lembar daun sirih, cuci sampai bersih, dan remas remas sampai hancur. lalu disaring dan ambil air nya saja. Masukkan air itu kedalam piring bersih. lalu kedip-kedipkan mata anda kedalamnya.
