are Muslims a terrorist religion?
see a lot of news from the media saying that Muslims are terrorists. what do you think about this?
what must be blamed in this case is the media. media can turn day into night, night become day. therefore if you hear news from the media or from other people, you should check it out before giving it to others.
Islam strongly condemns terrorist acts. and this has been mentioned in the verse of the Qur'an.
"Whoever kills a human being, not because that person (kills) another person, or not because it causes damage on the face of the earth, is as if he has killed all humanity. And whoever nourishes the life of a man, it is as if he has preserved all human life. And indeed came Our apostles with clear information, then many of them afterwards. truly overreach in doing damage before the earth ". (Surah al-Maa'idah: 32)
the above verse in the Qur'an clearly says that killing others is strictly forbidden in Islam. and if there is an Islamic person who commits terrorism, that means he does not follow Islam. he is only Islam based on his name but does not follow the Qur'an. and we must agree that every religion has bad people in it.
for example a Hitler killed 6 million Jews during his lifetime. and Hitler is Christian. do we have to say Christianity is a terrorist religion? the answer is of course not. the bible does not tell others to kill. what's wrong is hitler. not religion.
also with Islam. Islam strictly prohibits terrorist acts.

Its actually only the Wahhabis like Saudi Arabia and ISIS who blow people up and run trucks through markets. Shia tend to be pretty passive and only fight in defense from what I can tell.

BTW 300k Jews died in camps and about 100k more in the east as communist partisans, the ones who died in camps succumbed to starvation and the preventable disease associated with malnutrition. The allies had bombed the supply lines and even the soldiers were starving, continued to starve after the war. Another interesting point is that only the "extremists" believe they are allowed to tell another muslim that they arent a muslim if they dont believe the same thing, ironically the people who disagree with the terrorsts arent allowed, by their own beliefs, to call those terrorists not muslims. It has an islamic name but Im not an expert.
In conclusion, if you want to see a religion, look at the book. don't look at the followers. followers can just turn away from their religious books.
