Tesla Model S crashes into truck in Utah

A Tesla Model S smashed at speed into a truck from the city's Unified Fire Authority in South Jordan, Utah, late on May 11 in the wake of neglecting to moderate for a red light, South Jordan police said on May 14.

The Tesla auto was going at 60 miles for each hour when it hit the technician truck, which was ceased for the light on the South Bangerter Highway in South Jordan, Utah at 6:38 pm MT, the police said.

Witnesses said the Tesla auto did not brake preceding effect, the police said in an announcement, including it was obscure if the autopilot highlight in the Model S was locked in at the time.

Tesla did not promptly react to demands for input.

Likewise, this isn't the first occasion when that such a report has been. As of late, Tesla's autopilot framework was probably not going to have been a factor in a Florida auto collision which murdered two youngsters, the electric carmaker said in an announcement issued.
