ข้าวเหนียวดำสังขยานมสด
สวัสดีค่ะทุกท่าน
ข้าวเหนียวดำ หรือเรียกอีกชื่อคือ ข้าวก่ำ นั้นมีประโยชน์มากมาย และที่สำคัญมากๆก็คือ ช่วยบำรุงสายตา และสมอง เพราะข้าวเหนียวดำมีวิตามินหลายอย่างรวมกันทั้งวิตามินเอ วิตามินอี วิตามินบี1 วิตามินบี2 และวิตามินบี6 แต่เราไม่นิยมรับประทานเป็นหลักแบบข้าวขาว เพราะเม็ดค่อนข้างแข็ง ใช้เวลาเคี้ยวนาน จึงนิยมทำทานในรูปแบบของของหวานทานกินเล่นกันมากกว่า เช่น ข้าวหลาม ข้าวหมากหวาน ข้าวเหนียวดำน้ำกะทิ เป็นต้น วันนี้จึงจะมาแนะนำวิธีทำ ข้าวเหนียวดำสังขยานมสด กันค่ะ
สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียม
ข้าวเหนียวดำ
หัวกะทิสด
น้ำตาลทราย
เกลือป่น
น้ำตาปี๊บ
นมข้นจืด
ไข่ไก่
วิธีทำส่วนของข้าวเหนียวดำ
ล้างข้าวเหนียวดำแล้วแช่ทิ้งไว้ ประมาณ 5 ชั่วโมง
ล้างข้าวเหนียวอีกครั้ง แล้วนำไปนึ่งให้สุก
นำกะทิกับน้ำตาลผสมกัน คนให้ละลาย แล้วใส่เกลือตามลงไป
ถ้าอยากให้มีกลิ่นหอมอ่อนๆ ให้ลอยดอกมะลิในน้ำกะทิด้วย
นำข้าวเหนียวที่นึ่งสุกแล้ว มาใส่ในกะทิ คลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากัน พักทิ้งไว้ แต่ต้องคอยคนเป็นระยะๆ จนกว่ากะทิจะซึมเข้าข้าวจนหมด
วิธีทำส่วนของสังขยานมสด
นำกะทิและน้ำตาลมาผสมให้เข้ากัน แล้วเติมนมข้นจืดลงไป
ตีไข่ไก่ให้เนียนละเอียด แล้วเทลงบนส่วนผสมของกะทิกับน้ำตาลที่ทำไว้ คนให้เข้ากัน
กรองส่วนผสมทั้งหมดด้วยผ้าขาวบางหรือกะชอน แล้วนำไปนึ่งให้สุก โดยให้เอาช้อนจิ้มลงไป ถ้าไม่มีน้ำสังขยา เป็นอันว่าสุก พร้อมเสิร์ฟได้ค่ะ
