ผู้ตรวจการแผ่นดินมาเยี่ยมชมโรงเรียนแห่งหนึ่งในถิ่นทุรกันดาร เขาถามครูคนหนึ่งเกี่ยวกับอาหารกลางวันของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนว่า "มีปัญหาหรือไม่?"

คุณครู :

"ไม่ครับ ไม่มีเลย ... เพราะทางโรงเรียนมีนโยบายเลี้ยงสัตว์ไว้ทำอาหารอยู่ในโรงเรียน ซึ่งทางโรงเรียนจะนำสัตว์ที่ตายไปทำอาหารกลางวันให้กับนักเรียน ... ที่นี่มีสัตว์ตายทุกวัน"
