One of my favorite staple foods in Thailand is the ramen noodles without broth which is available with every kind of meat, depending on the merchant. Here, we have one of my regulars who uses fish meatballs and ground pork. Another variation is to add wontons which are usually made with shrimp or pork. I'm getting hungry just remembering this bowl. Yummy!
