The power of a vision "success stories of life"

PicsArt_05-10-08.53.06.jpgA foreman was checking out three builders who were working. The first one was asked by the foreman, "Sir, what are you doing?" The man replied shortly, "I'm putting together a brick, Den." So the first explanation, just like what he's doing is putting together a brick.

The foreman then turns to the second man and he asks the same question, "Sir, what are you doing?" This time the artist's reply was slightly different, "I'm building a wall, Den." Even the second master can even explaining the length and height of the pot and where he started and when he finished building it.

went over to the third man and again asked, "Sir, what are you doing?" So the third man replied, "I'm building a very beautiful house, Den." In addition, the third builder can explain the shape, size and color of the house along with the materials used in building the house. Moreover, this third artisan is able to illustrate the activities that will happen in the house. "Anyway, this house will be very nice and special when it's finished, Den."

Of the three artisans, which one do you think will work better?

The answer is of course the third master. Why?

What distinguishes the first, second, and third carpenters? The answer is VISION.

The first carpenter did not have a vision. For him the important thing is to do what he is ordered to do is to construct the bricks.

The second carpenter already has a vision but his vision is still limited to building the wall.

In contrast, the third Tukang has a very clear vision of what the house he is building. Not only that, the third artist is fully aware that he is part of that vision.

At a glance this difference in vision does not seem to make a difference. After all, the three artisans still work well.

But if observed carefully, the spirit, perseverance, thoroughness, and passion of the three builders at the top is completely different.

The first carpenter started the job by complaining. At work, he does his job not seriously. When the bricks were neatly arranged, he did not try to fix them unless he was reprimanded by the foreman. Just before the time came home, this one man cleansed himself when the foreman told him that the hours were over, so the artisan hurriedly left his workplace.

The totally different behavior is shown by the third craftsman. He started his job happily and excitedly because he already had a picture of the beauty of the house. He tried to put bricks on the bricks as often as possible. If there was a brick that was not so neatly arranged then he immediately rectified it.

In addition, before going home, he always took time to check the results of his work. It is, therefore, not surprising that the third worker produces a more satisfying work than the first one.

"Vision without work is day dream, work without vision is a nightmare.”
