Some changes have had to be made internally. As the markets change we have to adjust what we do in order to maintain progress. Spreading myself thin around the discord servers and digging into writing time too much.
The value of Steem dropping so low. Has meant we con longer provide the Buzzbee vote on request. This is unfortunate, we do still have the advantage of the additional support to Bomb promotions. For the moment the Buzzbee vote is not a profitable investment for members. To this end we are pausing the use of the vote for a period. We will continue to try grow the size of the Buzzbee vote in the mean time.
We will make best use of this vote to grow while the price is low. Maximising the benefit to you when the price rises again or simply by the increase of the SP we vote to you with.
Finding a balance, between what we can do. What we would like to do. The tie we can give to any and all of these things is a juggling act. One I have not mastered yet. I have being going to more and more of the voice chats. This take away from the time I had previously used to write. Setting a set schedule for things I do. The times I will do them and how much time I will spend on them. Might prove to be a little better use of the time, instead of jumping from one thing to another.
These shows I find essential to our growth. These shows expand the visibility of us all and share the theories of what we are about. There is a couple of hours taken up in these chats each day. Thursdays take a bit more time, personal preference there for the after chats.Random chats I come across in the servers prove to be very interesting including those from the Steemit Ramble server.

Buzzbee is on hold I have both yourself and Charisma on a auto vote and using any spare votes to try grow and boost the support. the value reward for a vote would mean to reduce the cost to 0.03 or 0.02 , The Support vote is growing in its strength too or its ability to grow.

Price is pretty low, even at 35% my vote still don't get to two cents, plus, I am down below 90% vote power. I still think doing like pifc and an account builder post every now and then would help, people do not need to vote on them, I know i would and a few others, so even if the total vote payout was only 10 cents, it is still growth.
