The Hive. Introduction of Author rewards.
Howdy folks'.
Jan23com here, I am going to begin writing under The Hive account in order to grow the SP. These things I might write will not be related to The Hive directly and will be just my general opinions on various topics.
I have completed my short story of time travel, so you won't have to suffer that. I take part each week in the Buddy Up server on discord

9 PM UK time on Mondays the show starts. These posts My own personal posts I will post from The Hive account I can gain any liquid rewards while The Hive will gain some Steem. Costs of promotional votes will be deducted from the SBD and liquid Steem if needed. I do not expect to make much from this if anything. Ha I might end up owing some SBD at the current rates.
When things pick up some, I can look again at our situation and move back to my own account. Till then I will concentrate on growing The Hive account. Growing it is too, its not how high can we go, its how high do you want to go.
This will also mean Jan23com account will not be promoted in the bomb channel. The individual vote to a comment will stay in place as the account still votes on all the promoted posts. As this plays out I will be able to see the reward value for others to post under The Hive account too.
The ability to work on my own account and develop The Hive community, is not there right now. As The Hive grows more and more things will be able to be automated and free up some of my time, to explore other options for Jan23.
The weekly post normally done on a Monday will change to a Sunday. This will open Monday's post for the weekly word from Buddy Up server.

The weekly word, is not a contest though I have listed it as one on previous occasions. A word is selected for all members to write their view of that word, expand on it, define it, write of one particular side of the word. The choices of what to write are your own but must reflect around the given word.
Each Monday at 9 PM UK time, This word is discussed in the Buddy Up Server

Each persons opinion/view is shared on a voice channel. This is all done respectfully of each members opinion. This is truly an interactive event with some really cool people. Maybe, Monday will see you there with us.

I hate to see you sacrifice your personal growth for the sake of our group.
There is not a lot I can do at this point to foster growth. I have however been thinking about it.
I believe that all of us as we grow out network outside the group will eventually be able to do more and more to promote the hive.
My own little following is still very tiny but I see some growth happening.
