I think over the last couple of weeks I have tried to post once a day. To continue this I am beginning to find it difficult, without repeating what has already being said.

This amounts to just under 24c. This 24c is recycled to the vote each time. We do not recover the full amount in SBD each time. This is supplemented by additional Steem. Which has boosted up a bit on SP. At times I will sell the Steem for SBD to keep up with the ability to purchase the votes. (Hehe, buying these votes makes me feel like a politician).
With my concentration here in The Hive I am neglecting my own account, Jan23com. In an effort to continue to promote *The Hive as much as possible and to try grow my own account some. I will begin to write one post a week from Jan23com and post it through The Hive account. This will only benefit the account Jan23com from the rewards after all costs for promoting the post have being deducted, Any liquid SBD or Steem at that time will be forwarded to Jan23com.
These posts will not be about The Hive and will be posts non related to The Hive Jan23com has invested 80 plus SP to The Hive in total and is working presently from Steem power of 6. I would like to begin to increase that again. To start, A continuation to a short story Jan23com was writing will be used. This will add some penny Steem to our account. I expect the rewards forwarded will be in the region of 20c or so to begin with. We do gain other votes too. These posts I will also try to promote at promotion shows held in Discord.
This option is open to all members of the group, if they feel this may also benefit them too.
Currently we have 31 names in our 100 vote channel. This would mean each member is getting two bombs each month. Some might even get three. The same for the curation channel. would mean each members is getting four individual votes through the month. There was a total removal over the past couple of weeks of fourteen names from the lists.

We are open to receive more members. The numbers on the list and how often you get a vote is comparative to the strength increasing each vote you get. Less frequent and slightly stronger.
The road we are building is a success road, so far its a smooth road to follow us on. We are extending the distance this road travels each day too. Each vote we get, is another piece of road we can walk smoothly and not over rough terrain.

I'll try to monitor that all posts from the hive are upvoted. I usually double check just to make sure it gets upvoted, even if my vote isn't worth much at the moment. Let's just keep on! Aja! We can do this.
Yes, and we are doing it, I will be sticking with this project, the hardest part of the work is already done.
Actually that sounds like a good idea. Kind of along the lines of adsactly and a few others. Both can benefit. as the hive grows and people follow and vote trails follow, the liquid moneys, (those that do not go directly into the SP, can be given to the author. They get some rewards, the hive gets some rewards. We get steady content to vote and help the hive account grow and fellow members. One thing jan23com however to think about is that the only way your reputation will grow is by votes your account receives, so do not forget to post there also on occasion.
In time as The Hive develops I can work more from Jan23com. I don 't expect this to be for a few months yet, I will get the odd post thrown in just for a slight boost. I can grow it a bit though for now while growing the group too.
Sounds like a good plan, And as the hive grows we all do, and no doubt will be thee to drop votes every now and then, as i try to do with most of our members using the promo box.

Great news! I will stay on top of that one. I truly believe SBI is the absolute best for long term growth.
Bravo to you for starting this project and sticking with it! If I were a dolphin, I'd delegate some SP to you; perhaps, one day!
