Your Statistics and Where you can find them.

What I use to find my way around Steemit.

.

The Hive Name.png

New to Steemit or being there a while, there is always something new to learn. The majority of the time it is from the posts we read as we buzz from each flower (post) to the next, Taking little pockets of pollen (knowledge) as we go. Most of you may already know about these sites. Maybe there is one you did not know. Today, I am going to share the additions I use to help around Steemit. I will probably get flooded with other sites which are useful too after this post.

Image: A. Steemd
The 1st of which I think most everyone know is Steemd.com Steemd offers a view of the recent activity on your account. It also has a list of all your activity on the block chain. Here are a couple of images, of Steemd. These images show Stats for TheHIve. You can view your own stats by changing the "@thehive" to "@youname"

This image will be seen straight away when you open Steemd and displays:
Your Steem Power available to vote with. This value combined with your voting Strength are used in calculations for the reward your vote will give. This amount can be seen using a vote calculator. (listed later in post) Your Bandwidth and Reputation are both seen here too. There is also an option to view the same stats with a greater breakdown on the Steemdb.com link.

Above we can see the history of the account. This display's your voting, both given and received. It will also show transactions which have been made using the account. Rewards for your posts or comments, transfer's you make or receive from others. Steemd.com

steemdb.com Thehive.png

Steemdb goes into a bigger breakdown of your stats. and offer the addition of a visual through graphs for different areas of your Steemit history. I have not used this site much, The details I can provide about the use of it is very limited.

The next couple of sites are basically the same as Steemd and Steemdb they all show different level of different stats.
Steemworld.org and Steemnow.com are both very similar to Steemd and Steemdb. All 4 sites are designed to display you account history in a more ordered fashion.
I did not stay with Steemdb myself, although I do still open up the steemd to check latest history at times as it loads fast and activity is displayed straight away. I do not think any one site is better then the other. It is more of what suits you best.

Steemworld, Offers a nice friendly layout. At top, you see straight away your voting power, In a graphical speed dial. Along side this is your voting value's for various for different % of your vote.

A breakdown of your stats rests below the initial Header displaying the same information as both Steemd and Steemdb You SP (Steem Power) your VP (Voting Power), Followers, Reputation. These can also be used in more detail using the side bar menu.
This piece I liked as soon as I seen it, Showing the breakdown of upcoming rewards. Listing both the posts and comments. It also has the feature of providing pie charts to your stats.

Steemnow.com I do like this site, I use it for keeping track of my VP levels. Your header starts you off with the information you want to see, Your SP, your Steem and SBD balance. and it is underscored by your VP %

This capture shows just under the header bar, and display recent activity of votes to your posts.

If you are a user of discord, and do not have @ginabot , you need to go get her. She is an excellent accessory to using the Steemit platform along with the Discord Chat channels. Ginabot delivers messages to your Discord account about activities that happen on the Stemit platform. You have the options of which alerts you wish to receive from mentions, user posts, votes, Phrases or specific words, rewards. Gina saves you a lot of time in searching through your account on Steemit for you and those of others you have an interest in. Making it easier to filter through your history, on your return. Visit the Ginabot account on Steemit @ginabot and learn more if you do not already have ginabot.

The Hive has a Discords channel, you are welcome to join us at

One last site I have to put into this post is a really cool one. I came across this through @dynamicgreentk This site is wicked I think, It shows you the circle you move in and the interactivity within that circle.

Steemreports thehive.png

You have to go try your own name in this last one. :) There is a convenience to using any of these sites. they do offer a better understanding of your interactions within Steemit.

This next one is not an alternative site but a member of the Steemit community, It is a new bot set up by @davemccoy and @danielsaori The bot allows you to gain from those 0.01 votes you get. It works on a payment system, You pay in 0.14 and gain a vote with a value of 0.28. The bot votes on the 6th day if your comment needs a boost. You send 1sbd or 1steem and it will deduct auto each time a vote is received.

I think this is genius.

Thats a great list! The only one I didnt know about is the Steemreports. Ill definitely check it out though, its always nice to know where Ive been! ;) Keep it up!

I am sure going to try :) The hardest part is thinking what to write about lol, I will get a routine, I would luv to upvote comments we are a little away from that yet tho :(

Haha! I know the feeling! ;) No upvote needed for comments, just a friendly reply! You will soon grow, things take time grasshoppa.... or honey bee! :D We stand behind you my friend!

I just looked at my stats. I have 30 reputation :)

5 rep ahead of you here.

31.1 here what does the rep do?

Thankyou! Some of these awesome resources I was aware of and some I was not.

Anything that helps simplify the journey is a massive win for us all. With regard to The hive if you are reading this and wondering...Wonder no-more, join...Just join. You will be staggered by this amazingly empowering community and the calibre of people is superb.

The Discord channel (link in post above) will take you directly to wonderland a place where you can get answers to your questions, get a little peomotion and extra visibility and best of all have a great laugh with some fun peeps!

What we do there to help eachother and my word, we certainly do that, is not too time intensive and will not drag you into a parallel universe from whence you may never return...That said it can get addictive and we may have to kick you out at closing time and ask you to see your drinks off please ;)

No sleeping in the foyer!

Jump aboard and start your journey to a better Steemit experience, I guarantee you will never look back (unless you are being chased by rabid wolves in which place you should definitely look back and perhaps RUN)

Cannot wait to see you there, we love newcomers ;)

I think you grant us a grace we have yet to earn :)
Thank you tho :)

Great post @thehive, these are all great sites to visit!

The steem reports one is pretty cool! Something I will take the time to look at for sure. Thanks for sharing all of these. Good tools to have :)

Yes, I find all of them to have some value in use

@thehive, Some of these I was aware of but a couple were new to me. Awesome educational post. Under your alternate ego you taught me quite a bit when I was still brand new (newer than I am now) and I really appreciate you taking that time. The steemreports is pretty bada$$.

There are probably more sites similar out there I have not heard about yet. We are all on a learning curve :)

Don't I know it. My learning curve seems to be going on a flat line.

Sometimes the road is long and straight, other times the road is still long but with turns, As long as we move forward we are making progress :)
