Tuesday: Playing Splinterlands

• This was a livestream on Vimm.tv from @mickvir, and here he played Splinterlands, he is livestreaming every day so tune in when he is on air, he is a really cool guy to hang out and chat with while he plays, check it out it's awesome.

Wednesday: Do not get confused over using Various Tribes

• In this video @rehan12 gives great advice about using the different tribes, focus most of your attention on a few that you really like and like to interact with, and then stake in the others so that you can curate the content produced there, just awesome.

Thursday: Ulog# 147 Sunset in Guam Wednesday walk by @tattoodjay

So these where the Awesome Daily Spotlight posts and videos this week, and there is 1 such post or video per day, it gets a 100% upvote and resteem, and it is featured in the Awesome Daily report as well as in this Awesome Weekly Spotlight post, plus it also gets promoted on Twitter.

Rewards On Delegations

In order to attract delegations to this project we reward them with daily upvotes, and you can check the details in our latest Awesome Daily report, and also with payouts in SBI Units, and 100% of all liquid Steem and SBD earnings will go to rewarding delegators this way, leased Steem Power does not count for these rewards, and neither does the delegation from @flaxz, since he is the owner of this project.

So on Sundays all SBD will be traded for Steem in the Steemitwallet market, and the Steem that has then been earned that week will be split between delegators according to their delegation status, and it's counted in full week delegations from Sunday to Sunday, plus partial week delegations will be added for every full days delegation they may have.

SBI Units will then be paid out once a delegator has full coverage for that according to their share of the earnings, and any remaining shares will roll over to the next week.

This is the rewards for this weeks delegations

So @cryptospa had a 51 SP delegation for the full week, and he also had 0.131 Steem rolled over from the previous week.

And @alokkumar121 also had a 51 SP delegation for the full past week, and a roll over from the week before of 0.3 Steem.

The standing in the account right now is 1.691 Steem, and by subtracting the roll over from the week before of 0.431 Steem it puts this weeks liquid earnings at 1.26 Steem.

And since both @cryptospa and @alokkumar121 had a 51 SP delegation for the full week, that means they each get 0.63 Steem from this weeks earnings.

So @cryptospa gets a total of 0.761 Steem when combined with last weeks earnings, and it will roll over to next weeks payouts.

And @alokkumar121 gets a combined total of 0.93 Steem, and it will roll over to next weeks payouts.

Final Thoughts

So this past week we had to discontinue the curation trail since noone was joining and it's not a great idea to have idle Voting Power, therefore we decided to focus on rewarding our delegators with daily upvotes instead, from the 5x votes that we don't use for our manual curation.

This also means that we are able to reward our delegators at a level that would not otherwise be possible due to lower earnings on our posts, which happend because of the shut down of share2steem.

Thereby we also feel that we can keep it attractive to delegate to this project despite all of that.

We have also started making only 1 post per day, not counting the Awesome Weekly Spotlight, this means less work posting and more time to really focus on curating, plus with the upcoming HF21 and the new rewards curve we think it's much better to just post once per day.

As to Steem-engine tokens, we are staking every token we get, and if there is a particular token that you want us to vote with which we don't currently have, but where we are voting on posts using it on a regular basis, then feel free to delegate some, or gift it if delegation is not an option we will stake all of them.

Token delegation does not count for any delegation rewards though, but it does mean that we will vote with our staked tokens, and as stated we will stake all tokens we get.

Right now we can see that Marlians and Sports tokens are getting some traction, but the real ace is CTP, and we got some as gift from @flaxz so that we could vote with it, plus our posts are also greatly rewarded with it.

CTP is the token on the CTPtalk.com tribe from @jongolson, and we do upvote 1 of those per day in our Awesome Daily Upvotes, it's a very new tribe, but one that do bring in a lot of new Steemians from outside of the usual crypto world, and all indications is that this will just accelerate for at least the rest of the year.

So since this is where we actually have our biggest token stake right now, and that it will continue to grow quite rapidly just looking at all of our pending payouts, it's looking really favorable for members in that tribe when we vote on their content going forward.
