FBI labels “conspiracy theorists” domestic terrorists for the first time, paving the way for targeting them
Leaked FBI document label “conspiracy theorists” as domestic terrorists, thereby paving the way to mass spying i.e., Cointelpro and likewise targeted law enforcement operations. The FBI says in the document that conspiracy theories are motivated by the fact that many high level conspiracies are true but at the same time states that those people that believe in conspiracy theories are domestic terrorists; classic Orwellian inversion.
