I will break down this article into 2 Sections.

Describing the photo above and habits that will help
An actual story from a friend that implemented this.
These both won't be as detailed since it's two parts.

Part 1

As we age our habits become crucial to our lives as we all know it. I have asked a few people what do they regret and a few answers kept arising. But the interesting part is all pretty much described the same age group.
A) going out too much
B) spending money on food instead of eating at home
C) Smoking too much/ Drinking too much
D) Not spending time with family
E) Not preparing for a better future(This is mainly toward those with kids)
F) Eating unhealthy
All of this is mainly 21-27
Now, this doesn't always need to be about money, time, healthy it goes to any category that you need to work on or love the most. Create a pros and cons list and take that list and remind yourself what helps you as a person before you age quickly and those habits become harder to quit. Take action because the best time to start is now! Think of the results you will have a year from now!

Part 2

2 years ago a friend and I spoke and he hated his job. I told him you're the only one stopping yourself from getting another job or creating a side hustle. Eventually, we sat down came up with some ideas and 2 months in he was started to profit. His idea was flipping things from a thrift store. 6 months in he didn't seem as stressed and I had a chance to see him more often which I enjoyed. Fast forward to now! He nets about 5k a month from doing this he no longer works 48-60 hours a week at the airport. He's working 2 days a week with freedom. With that extra time, he goes to the gym about 4 times a week. But it took that one leap of faith to make it happen.
