From parents comfort to an ever-loving grandmother’s yard...
Hopping feet, paper boats, playing bingo cards…
At school bullied by few...
Overcame them, feeling fresh and new...
Ending schooldays and ever vibrant colorful teenage...
Sometimes in college
Sometime at sports ground
Sometime at snooker
Sometime watching peter parker
Living in a society where life changing decisions are not made by him .ironically there came the choice by his engineer father..
Either choose to work at banana stall or choose to be a doctor.
Well doctor was not a bad option two then... lol
Then Journey to medical school in a new city, for this shy high hoped teen..
With loads and loads of dreams..
Dwelling with mostly ever supporting and few ever troubling young bloods around was fun and challenging!!!
Long eternal breezy nights with funny folks..
Felt like a man smoking puffs of smoke..
It was life never to forget
Some said dumb started to talk
Some saw dumb laugh out loud
By the end of amazing 7years in Gulbarga he was well known by all either as a graphologist or a body builder pumping metal, a sportsman winning medals, a rover or a racer, a charmer or a doctor
As we all know “Life is not a box of chocolates “and that’s so true as the future looked dark and options bleak ...Low pay scale and undervalued MBBS degree made him low and weak..
Masters program was the only option left to avoid wasting more precious year
And so the traveler rolled over with a seed of hope and strong will
It was worth taking risk for life stepping in Russian - Georgia war zone then,
Land of beautiful people with psychedelic music around,
Learning Radiology and hitch hiking with friends unbound...
Camping into tranquility of nature, amid souls of different culture…
With freedom of thought and life in forests of pine
Was so intoxicating worth living in this land of wine
Poker nights, Reading scriptures and mysterious knowledge,
Self-hypnotic transformation of thoughts well managed,
Seasons in academy of arts…
Moments on dance floors with broken bones and hearts…
As we all know “Every beginning has an end”
So were my bachelor days and those everlasting 3 years
With a new responsible composed life to step in
But again a wise man once again said “every end is the beginning of an eternal tomorrow”- Mubeen
And here I am Abdul Mubeen Baig , a traveler, a runner, a son, a husband , a father, a brother, a friend, a doctor and your fellow new toastmaster . I am so pleased and happy to see you all ambitious amazing people and the people watching me, with high hopes of becoming a good speaker...
I resume my quest for a better tomorrow...
