TURİZM ÇALIŞANLARI GERÇEKLERİ

 

Herkese merhabalar sıcak bir yaz gününden herkese iyi akşamlar.Bugün izinliyim ve uzun süredir turizm'de çalışan meslektaşlarımız ve diğer birimlerde görev alan arkadaşlarımızın sıkıntılarıyla ilgili bir yazı yazmak istiyordum.Bu arada aşçılığın dışında artık baya baya blog yazmaya merak saldım amatörce olsa da sevmeye başladım.Hem içimde biriktirdiklerimi döküyorum hemde insanlara bilgiler vermek beni mutlu ediyor.Şimdi konumuza gelelim.

Bildiğiniz üzere de ülkemizde yaz sezonu ortalama nisanın son günlerinde başlayıp ekimin son günlerine kadar sürüyor.Bu süreçte turizm bölgelerine onlarca arkadaşımız çalışmaya gidiyor ve %60 lık kısım mutsuz hakkını doğru düzgün alamadan evlerine dönmek zorunda kalıyor.Sezon başında sunduğu şartları sezon ortasında unutan veya değiştiren işletmeler iş az müşteri az gibi bahanelerle çalışan arkadaşlarımızı sürekli mağdur ediyor ya ödemelerde sıkıntı oluyor yada sigorta primlerinde sıkıntı oluyor ve maalesef yıllardır bunun önüne geçilemiyor olmasıda ayrı bir üzücü durum.Birde uygunsuz sağlıksız lojman koşulları askeri sistem koguş sistemi sunan işletmelermi dersin büyük bi salonda yer yatağı gösteren yerler mi dersiniz hepsi var.Ben bizzat bunları gözümle gördüm bunların hepsi yetersiz denetlemeler işçi haklarının eksikliklerinden kaynaklanıyor.O gittiğiniz oteller tatil köyleri restoran lar cafeler de çalışan insanların %60 bu şartlarda çalışıyor.

Ayrıca işçilerin hakkını doğru düzgün veren ve düzgün yaşam alanı sunan işletmeleri ayrıca tebrik ediyorum ve diğer işletmelere örnek olması dileğiyle.

Toparlamak gerekirse acilen yetkili mercilerin bu konu hakkında çalışma başlatarak bu sorunlar daha fazla büyümeden acilen önlem alınması gerekiyor.
