Minimalist kettlebell full body workout

Getting ready for European Bjj Open or European Championship in Portugal January 24th. I have a goal of making my first year as a purple belt very fun and a great experience. Getting a blue belt I knew I could survive in bjj, getting a purpIe now know bjj is a lifestyle. Either in the mats, out in nature or in gym. I will always do bjj.

Here is a old school workout that I am want to share and I dig up from my phot archives.
I loved to Sweden for more freedom and a better life for my family, or more time with them.
