A VISIT TO AN AQUARIUM

in #travel6 years ago

Hello my dear Steemians! What poppin'? I am sorry for my delayed postings. I've been busy these days due to my exams. Its over now and I back with more enthusiasm than ever!! I did a full use of my holidays and went many places, one of which was an aquarium. It was gigantic but fishes were not. They were small but so much beautiful. Well my words won't make you believe, will they? I know you've got to see them(fishes) yourself right?

So put on your seatbelts ladies and gentleman cause this journey's about to get WILD!!!

NOTE:

Before you close this page and scroll down for more other posts thinking that the image in the thumbnail is a photograph taken from google and shit, its not. Its an original photography. Thank you very much, I know its cool. LOL

Before we entered the building where the fishes were kept, there was an enormous fish just before the door ready to, I don't know, greet us maybe. Nevertheless, it was too damn cool. It was colorful and its mouth was round. I believe it belonged to class Agnathas. Photo's below....

You thought that I was talking about a real fish, didn't you. A real gigantic colorful fish. Well its made out of plastic. I got ya', didn't I? LMFAO

Hold on do not leave the page friends. I am gonna keep my jokes off the table for some time and switch on my serious mode.

SERIOUS MODE ON

We started off with gold colored fishes at first(they weren't gold fishes, though). The tank was a little bit dirty, I guess the water was not changed. There was not one, but a shoal of them. They were very bright and kept moving from place to place making it difficult for me to take their photos. I could click some of them though.

Have a look at their eyes. So human like. I wonder if it works the same way the human eye does, I mean the iris contraction, lens adjustment by zonular fibers and ciliary muscles. And please O please, have a look at its mouth in the last picture. LOLOLOL.

The other fish tank was of goldfish and other fishes. There were three of them in the tank. One was yellowish and the other one was white in color. They looked so adorable together. Most shiny was the gold fish, of whose picture is being seen in the thumbnail. Looked like it was the boss of 'em. I ain't joking. It outshone the other fishes that were present in that tank. Have a look

This fish looked like a freakin' tiger, a fierce tiger but much more adorable than that sadistic moron at the jungle. It's got its own black patches with a little bit of orange color over its head. Its bottom was white making it a multicolored fish which I fell in love with. It was alone in the tank which made it much more savage than the others ones. No other fish messes with it.

These fishes look like a freakin' needle. Have you seen something like this before? Their tail could be used to stitch your torn off sweater. Oh you think I am joking?. Have a look then...

Then we moved on to the third row. There were many fishes but one of the tanks was a bit interesting. The structure of the fishes were like any other normal fish but their body color was so different than others. You could totally fall for them. I fell. I wish I could have them someday. Have a look at them and give me your opinion.

The next tank contained fishes you usually see. But one was different. And by different I mean totally different. And by totally different I mean they do not fall under same species at all. You can totally tell that though. I stood there for a minute looking at that particular fish only. Most of them were moving but that fat black fish was awfully still (Do not call me racist, its a fish for Christ's sake).

Have you ever seen a lion about to prance onto its pray. Before they prance, have you seen their motion? They stand/sit awfully still so that the prey do not feel their presence. And when the time comes, they jump onto them and tear them apart. Looked like the same to me in this case. But the problem was that there was no prey around it, just the fishes. I hope it doesn't eat them.

Look closely. Looks like the black fish has four eyes

I do not wish to make this post too long for you guys. The building had many fishes and the pictures in total are given below
