DAY THREE -

We spent this day in Reykjavik. Shopping. Sightseeing. Eating.

Breakfast - Nat Kitchen. http://natkitchen.com
We ate breakfast here every morning. It’s on the main drag and was close to our Airbnb. Healthy breakfast, juices, eggs, etc.

Hallgrimskirkja Church - This is the iconic church in the middle of town. The architecture is inspired by one of the waterfalls. It took 41 years to build from 1945-1986. It’s very sparse inside, but there’s an elevator that takes you to the top for some great 360 views of the city. You have to buy a ticket in the gift shop, and wait in a short line. It’s not mind-blowing or anything, but it’s a nice thing to do. Note: Tower is not open on Sunday.

Lunch - Laundromat Café. https://www.thelaundromatcafe.com/en/home
Super fun. Great atmosphere. There’s actually a laundry mat downstairs. It’s random and quirky.

Dinner - Kol Restaurant - Another one of the nicer restaurants in town. We sat downstairs by the kitchen and had an awesome view of the sexy chefs!! There’s a great cocktail menu, friendly service, and the food is good. It’s a slow paced Euro dining experience. We were drunk by the time the food came, which could be why the chefs looks so hot to us. It’s unclear at this point.
