Oggi giornata sul Monte Civetta Today on Monte Civetta

Dopo la camminata di ieri , con relativa scottatura da principiante 👶 , decido di salire verso uno dei miei Rifugi di montagna preferito , il Rifugio Sonino al Coldai . Il rifugio si trova a 2135 metri di fronte al maestoso Monte Civetta che ha una altezza di 3220 metri .

After yesterday's walk, with relative beginner's burn 👶, I decide to go up to one of my favorite mountain refuges, the Sonino al Coldai Refuge. The refuge is located at 2135 meters in front of the majestic Mount Civetta which has a height of 3220 meters.

Partiamo dalla località Palafavera nel comune di Zoldo Alto , in Val di Zoldo , alle pendici del Monte Pelmo ad una altezza di 1514 metri . La zona è ovviamente attrezzata per lo sci , ma d' estate si trasforma e si riempie di tante formichine umane con scarponi da montagna e zaini . Da qui infatti si possono iniziare molte escursioni verso il Monte Civetta da un lato e dall'altro lato verso il Monte Pelmo .

We start from the locality of Palafavera in the municipality of Zoldo Alto, in the Val di Zoldo, on the slopes of Mount Pelmo at a height of 1514 meters. The area is obviously equipped for skiing, but in summer it is transformed and filled with many human ants with mountain boots and backpacks. From here, in fact, you can start many excursions to Mount Civetta on one side and on the other side to Mount Pelmo.

io sono fuori allenamento , ma quando inizio a vedere rocce maestose mi ritorna un pò di coraggio e continuo a salire e sudare ( la crema solare sembra non servire , la pelle brucia , ottimo lavoro stamattina a spalmarmi la crema per un ora ...😎). Il percorso non è difficile , ma la grande affluenza di persone rende gli spostamenti più complessi , erano anni che non ritornavo qui e non ricordavo tutte queste persone , il motivo credo sia che ci sono due funivie che arrivano vicino la montagna , una vhe parte da Alleghe e una sull' altro versante da Pecol , dove dormo io , ma io le ignoro e faccio tutto il percorso da sotto senza scorciatoie .

I'm out of practice, but when I start to see majestic rocks, I get a bit more courageous and keep going up and sweating (the sunscreen doesn't seem to be useful, my skin burns, it's a great job this morning to spread the cream for an hour ... 😎 ). The path is not difficult, but the large turnout of people makes the movements more complex, they were years that I did not return here and I did not remember all these people, the reason I believe is that there are two cable cars that arrive near the mountain, one vhe starts from Alleghe and one on the other side from Pecol, where I sleep, but I ignore them and go all the way from below without shortcuts.

il tempo é molto bello e il panorama sconvolge anche gli uomini più duri e forti

dopo circa quasi due ore di salita vediamo il Rifugio al Coldai "Adolfo Sonino" a 2132 metri di altezza , il rifugio ha la possibilità di mangiare di tutto e ha 88 posti letto per chi vuole rimanere a dormire , magari per proseguire verso il Rifugio Tissi a circa due ore o affrontare la ferrata Degli Alleghesi che ti porta verso la cima del Monte Civetta a 3220 metri di altezza , solo per persone esperte con attrezzatura . Noi proseguiamo per mangiare i nostri panini in un posto meraviglioso poco distante dal Rifugio , il lago del Coldai , uno spettacolo naturale , dove alcuni temerari fanno pure il bagno , io ci ho messo i piedi nudi e se aspettavo ancora un pò li perdevo lì 😂

We continue to eat our sandwiches in a wonderful place not far from the refuge, Lake Coldai, a natural spectacle, where some daredevils also bathe, I put my bare feet in them and if I waited a little longer I lost them there 😂

vorrei proseguire verso un altro rifugio , ma le gambe mi richiamano all'ordine e mi ricordano che scendere è quasi più faticoso di salire , e quindi dopo un riposo sull'erba , riparto verso valle , non prima di aver fotografato con gli occhi il paesaggio

I would like to go on to another shelter, but my legs remind me of order and remind me that going down is almost more tiring than climbing, and therefore after a rest on the grass, I set off towards the valley, not before having photographed the landscape with my eyes

collo bruciato e gambe pesanti , ma aria fantastica nei polmoni e gioia nel cuore mi riportano verso l'automobile , con molte foto bellissime mai scattate che sono solo nella mia mente

burnt neck and heavy legs, but fantastic air in my lungs and joy in my heart take me back to the car, with many beautiful photos never taken that are just in my mind
