My Trip To Croatia Videos Part #4: Biokovo Nature Park

If you're planning to go to Biokovo Nature Park and all the way up to the top Sveti Jure, I highly recommend renting a scooter.

It's the most convenient way in my opinion.

Sveti Jure is the second highest mountain (1762 meters above sea level) in Croatia.

The road up to Sveti Jure is about 36 km (starting from Makarska) and is actually listed among the most dangerous roads in the world.

It can be scary if you don't like heights.

On the way up, we stopped at a hiking trail were you could walk up to another mountain top called Vosac, 1422 m above sea level. I strongly recommend this place.

After we had reached the top with amazing views, we began our journey back down.

Along the road, we met some lovely cows. You have to watch out for them when you are driving because they are walking freely around the park.

The whole trip took around 6-7 hours and this was clearly our best day during our stay in Croatia.
