In Pictures - Plitvice Lower Lakes
A day away from trading and beer. Just some green and nature. Not that much is happening. Bitcoin is strangely stable past couple of weeks.
The Plitvice Lakes National Park is simply the most dreamy natural wonder I ever set foot in! It was on my list for a fairly long time. It was just the occasion with the marathon that I already mentioned in my previous post.
The Plitvice Lakes is a natural reserve that extends about 300 km². It consists of a large number of lakes combined by streams and waterfalls. You can do the long route or the shorter one because it is divided in two parts; Upper and Lower. This post is about Lower Lakes which incidentally holds the highest waterfall.
It is a forested area and without scaffolding paths for tourists you wouldn't have a cheerful time trudging along. You are constantly amazed by its emerald green and sapphire blue water, humming of the waterfalls, strangely acting fish, chirping of of the birds.
The location is Central Croatia near the Bosnian border. It’s about 130 km from the capitol and not such a long drive due to a decent highway.
For full effect, take a few days and meditate. Limit your communication and soak up the pristine nature. It can get crowded but you can always find a pocket just for yourself!
The most popular is stunning view of the Veliki Slap (Big Waterfall) and the Sastavci waterfalls. Get your essential beer in your backpack and you are ready to go!

Yep definitely I didn't see before like these watering any places live experiencing. I bet if someone reach to Plitvice Lakes National Park again come back soon.
