Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @hairyfairy:

Capucin chapel of the Finding of the Saint Cross is worth of visit thanks to burried bodies in its crypt. Air circulation caused their mumification. The most known person resting there is baron Trenck, commander of pandoors during Marie Therese reign who was later arrested in Spilberk.

I rewarded @hairyfairy entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.

Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

A view of Prague in spring. Photo taken from the hill where the Castle is located. It can be seen the red roofs of the buildings in Malá Strana. The tower of Charles Bridge is easily visible in the image. Other spires and towers are also recognizable.

One of several ponds found in the Podviní Park, one of the smallest and youngest parks in Prague. Located on the border between the Prague neighborhoods of Libeň and Vysočany, the park is a nice getaway from the nearby Sokolovská Street that is very busy during the day.

I hope everyone enjoys seeing some ˋlovebirds´ living in the Czech village ˋKonárovice´ about sixty miles outside of Prague :)
This naturally is an impression taken last year ~ but since mating season is not that long away ˋcourtship behavior´ will be the present once again quite soon...!...
Although peacocks are not native to the Czech Republic they can often be detected in the vicinity of beautiful historic properties like this most charming pair ~ ✨ ~ :) ~ ✨ ~

Thank you for choosing my photo in heading of this post and a special upvote. This is Zelny trh (Kraut Markt, Cabbage market) in Brno. For centuries are Brno inhabitants buying fresh vegetables right there. It will be full of stands again in few weeks, and the view at the Parnas fountain will be hidden.

Church of St.Norbert, Střešovice, Prague

This is a neo-Romanesque church dating back to 1891. Prague was rapidly growing and new churches were built in historicized styles.
Here was a smaller Baroque chapel. Many of her equipment were transferred to a new church.
I have the last few weeks to photograph landmarks without tree leaves. So I'm in a hurry to do a lot.
