Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @softa:

Prague is a city of diverse architecture. She also says the city of a hundred spiers. There are places from which you can really see this number. One of these places is on the Letna plain.

As I've mentioned, I'm near the end of my Prague photos, but I still have a few left. I found that standing on any of the bridges that span across the river connecting Old Town to other parts of the city really offers a wonderful perspective to take a great photo. It's no surprise that my last few photos of this incredible city is from this angle.

Vltava River and Charles Bridge

Most of the photographers love to make photos of Charles Bridge from the bridge itself showing it from the point of view of the person walking along the bridge. But from the Vltava River bank there is also very interesting view showing Charles Bridge from the side.

We do have an image to today´s cover. Thank you so much for that. Tomas

Side view of the Church of St. Adalbert (left) and the building of the Silesian Archive (right), two dominant features of the Lower Square in the historic center of Opava. Home to important historic documents from the region, the Silesian Archive is the third largest and third oldest archive in the Czech Republic.

Sova's mills are a set of buildings on Prague's Kampa. The original buildings are from the 15th century. In the 19th century, František Odkolek rebuilt the building in Neo-Gothic style and used it as a bakery. In 1896 the building was burned down and the reconstruction was not until 2000. Since then, there is the Museum Kampa. Gallery of Modern Central European Art.

Kutna Hora

The trip to the town of Kutna Hora was remembered by me as an unpleasant event. Someone on Wenceslas Square stole a bag from our friends with money and documents. We spent the evening in the police.
The next day we enjoyed the views of Kutná Hora, and our friends spent the day decorating documents about the theft :-(

You can spend an a amazing time in Old town square at night and it has access to all beautiful part of Prague. After the evening it is so beautiful and has many street entertainers around doing different things. Charles Bridge area is very crowded so busy place but it looks always beautiful.

Something very characteristic that there is in Prague, near the Charles Bridge, are the swans that live there, they are so precious that it is irresistible not to take more than a simple photo. Many tourists come every day to observe these beautiful animals that give life to the Vltava River.

Kořenov3.jpg

The centre of Kořenov boasts the symbol of the village, visible from afar, the eight-sided chapel of Tesařov. In the early 20th century German Protestants decided to build their own shrine on the hillock currently called Tesařov. The design was made by Dr. Otto Bartning, a designer of sacral buildings from Berlin.

Thermal waters, colorful houses, a charming town with a river passing through the city. The buildings are very nice, but nothing else, walk along the river flowing back over.Enchanting Old and downtown. Surrounded by stunning natural environment. karlovy vary you beauty!

Sometimes you walk down the streets of an unknown city and you come across a building that draws your attention. Is what happened to me when I was walking in Brno's Old Town. Just some meters from the St. Peter and Paul Cathedral (Katedrála svatých Petra a Pavla) there is this nice building, located in the Biskupská street. The photo was taken in 2008, and checkin' actual photos of the building I've noticed that has been repainted with terrific white and grey tones.
