Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @davedavis91:

Mariina Scala. This time in Autumn colors. The day was overcast until 5.30PM when the sun finally broke through the clouds and touched this landscape in wonderful colors. My favorite place in bohemian Switzerland.

I think Hluboka is the most romantic castle in Bohemia. If I were a princess would live here:) This fairytale castle is not famous only for its beauty, gardens full of flowers, beautiful views, but also for its long history. You should definitely visit it. Great place for sightseeing, walking or photoshooting.

Hluboka has not made it to the contest in quite a while which is surprising since we get entries from Cesky Krumlov almost each and every day. Have a great day.

One of the buildings of the complex of the Silesian University in Opava. Founded in 1991, the Silesian University in Opava is one of the youngest universities in the Czech Republic. There are currently almost 9 thousand students studying at this university.

Bizarre statue of Icarus, a famous figure from old Greek mythology, installed in front of the Ostrava city hall. Home to almost 300,000 people, Ostrava is the third largest city of the Czech Republic.

Mariina Scala #2. "On the way down". The day was overcast until 5.30PM when the sun finally broke through the clouds and touched this landscape in wonderful colors. My favorite place in bohemian Switzerland.

Must see location in Prague. Extraordinary and very unique work of art. Be sure to be there at the beginning of the hour and enjoy the spectacle - Gothic tower with a bay chapel and a unique astronomical clock – known as the Orloj – where, every hour between 9 am and 11 pm, the twelve apostles appear. The Gothic Revival eastern wing of the Town Hall was destroyed during the Prague Uprising on May 8, 1945 and was never rebuilt.

St Nicholas Church in the Old Town square, which is quite different to the other St Nicholas Church in the Lesser Town. Both are Baroque churches, but each has its own character. The Old Town church was built in the early 1700s and, even if you don't go inside, have a look at the beautiful metalwork on the exterior of the main entrance door. Quite stunning! Inside, frescoes, stained glass, and an exquisite chandelier.

The most famous bridge over the Moldau in Prague, the Charles Bridge, is 500 metres long. Along the bridge there are about 30 statues, which were made by the most famous sculptors. An architectural highlight!

Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, Premonstratensian Monastery in Strahov, Prague

The monasteries in our territory were founded from the 10th century. This is until the 12th century.
The monasteries had many functions. The unintended effect was that they showed the most modern foreign building styles of their time. The church was imitated by the nobility, then the bourgeoisie and finally the folk. But there was a long delay. Baroque began in Prague at the beginning of the 17th century. But the baroque came to the countryside in the 19th century.

An amazing place! Rocks located in a few meters of pedestals, columns, sculptures, monuments or other architectural forms, but here created by nature. Sometimes very regular shapes with sharp and marvelous edges, sometimes smoothed and polished. Among these rocks, lakes and waterfalls. One is adapted for boat trips. In the second - with incredibly clean water - big fish, ducks and some water flora. To get to the first, walk through the narrow, winding and steep paths between the rocks. The lake is even harder, but many beautiful views and attractions. Great adventure.

We went to Cesky Krumlov by bus line, it takes 3 hours to arrive but it is worth it its very clean streets' houses like fairytale and its people are very friendly without overwhelming, is full of shops and restaurants, the beautiful castile, although we did not enter inside, we saw it on the outside 'is a city that deserves a lot the 3 hours of travel I recommend it.
