Welcome to my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - European Thursday - where the winner of the weekly round will be able to participate for the total of 200 Steem!
Today, you can participate by submitting your personal pictures from your travels to the continent of Europe.

Exploring the surroundings of the lake Schwarzsee in Switzerland, I found this beautiful wooden pier and took a couple of test shots trying composition for the sunset. My wife peeped on the back screen of my camera and told: "You do need a person there." An hour later we got back to the spot. She brought her ukulele and sat there singing a new song. We had been working together on this shot. It was so rare, valuable, and magic moment! What had started as a usual landscape shot with the lake and mountains turned out to be a very personal image for me.
Your entries need to be submitted by 8 AM Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.
Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 Steem in total.

A laughing Buda, somewhere in Vietnam. I don't recall the location being a tourist attraction... but this was probably the biggest laughing Buda I've seen during my stay in the country!

This view is from the south island in New Zealand, one hour from Christchurch, south direction on lovely peninsula by the village Duvauchelle close to Akaroa. On this photo you can see view to the biggest gulf. This lovely peninsula is full of the gulfs and fishing villages.

Ohhh it was about 5 months ago when my computer broke down... I lost all my photographies on it. Thanks God, I have had backup but was not able to get access to it till today. So finally I am able to share my memories through photos with you again, my dear friends. Let's start with Seychelles. Great destination, from which we don't get to see a lot of photos. I always tought that it is too expensive to visit this islands, but when I went there second time, total costs for a weekly vacations for two of us were less than 1.300 EUR! So that beautiful beach below is totally worth it :)

While on a bush walk in the Okavango Delta in Botswana, we came across this herd of Zebra. They were on their way to join forces with a herd of wildebeest for the night. As Zebra have very good eye sight and wildebeest have very good smell, they stick together at night for more chance of surviving through the night.

Here's a panorama I did from the world famous Tower Bridge in London, UK. You can see lots of landmarks of this amazing metropolis, such as St Paul's Cathedral and the Walkie Talkie 20 Fenchurch.

Panoramic view of Prague as seen and captured from the Vysehrad Fortress, a magnificent historic fort located on the right bank of the Vltava River, just some 3 km southeast of the Prague Castle. The origins od the fortress date back to as early as the 10th century.
An amazing blue sky, this time seen from the top of Aracena, an small andalusian village located in Southern Spain, near the border with Southern Portugal, and well known for its famous Iberian pork ham !

Moment from our photo-travel to this amazing part of Italy... We planned to visit this amazing small church after fulfilling a bucket-list dream, to sleep in a trulo. Thankfully, we went to the church late in the evening, the light was just amazing and the huge car parking was virtually empty, so we had the place just to ourselves, wonderful :)

On this photo, you can find not just one, but two important historical structures of the Moravian town Hranice. On the left, there is a Renaissance chateau from the 16th century and on the right, you can find a Synagogue, which was built in the Moorish-Byzantine style in 1864. This wonderful view you can have from the bank of Bečva river.
Early morning at St. Peter's Basilica in Rome. It was so great to get there early before the crowds and capture this beautiful light. Latter in the afternoon we tour the inside which is just as spectacular.

Amazing country for travelling and photography.
Road photos are one of my favourite as they add something to classic landscape photos. They add a bit of mystery with road ending in the distance.

This is a night view to Santa Bárbara Castle in town Alicante which is directed at the east coast of Spain.
Santa Bárbara Castle is located on Mount Benacantil, 166 meters above sea level, from where you can see the entire bay of Alicante and gives it great strategic value. R&M
The presque-isle of Saint Mandrier Sur Mer, in France near Toulon. The south of France offers really nice view point. This photo was taken from the Cap Sicié and the whole panorama is just as nice.
Visited Sweden almost 10 years ago, and while browsing the photos found this cool one, and with the country's flag! Somewhere in beautiful Stockholm, among the several islands that form the city.
