The Mittens of Monument Valley. These iconic rock formations are the main attraction in Monument Valley which is located in northern Arizona near the Utah border. This broad desolate landscape is part of the Navajo Nation and draws tourist from all over the world.

Waiting for the sun to rise behind himalayan mountains from poon hill... a particular moment! Many Trekkers sleep in Ghorepani a village near Poon Hill and get up early to see the sunrise above the 8000nds Dhaulagiri (8167 m) and Annapurna. It's awesome.

The ice that calve off glaciers form huge floating icebergs that slowly drift with ocean currents until they melt into the sea. As temperatures warm this will result in sea levels rising.

Mountain Road in Morocco. This photogenic road marks the ascend from Tinghir valley to the Atlas mountains. Despite its location between the popular tourist destinations Marrakech and the Sahara, this region of Morocco gets only few visitors.

Berlin, Capital of Germany. A place where you'll find the ugly and beautiful, the cheap and the wealthy the popular and the infamous.... all next to each other. Sometimes it feels like you'd be walking through a piece of run down once upon a time popular piece of architecture and all the sudden you will find yourself next to a pretty castle like this one. Most diverse architecture in one place.
