Hello fellow Steemians,
you have a few more days to vote for the 57th weekly winner of my 7 World's Continents Photo Challenge who will be announced on Monday. The winner is voted by you based on the upvotes from the individual continents winner announcements. The winner of the weekly round receives 20 SBD from me and then enters into a monthly and possibly yearly challenge to compete for 200 SBD in total.
I have given out hundreds of SBD to the weekly and monthly winners and thousands of dollars worth of upvotes to winning participants. Now you have a chance to determine who will be the winner of the 57th weekly round by upvoting the below winner announcements over the next few days. Shot from a hotel bar in Shinagawa. It's looking North towards Tokyo Tower (332.9 metres or 1,092 ft). At the time of construction in 1958 Tokyo Tower was the tallest freestanding tower in the world, taking the title from the Eiffel Tower by 13 metres. Depending on where you draw the boundaries there are between 9 million and 38 million people living in Tokyo. The prefecture forms part of the world's most populous metropolitan area of 37.8 million people.

Lake Wakatipu is an inland lake in the South Island of New Zealand. With a lenght of 80 km, it is New Zealand's longest lake. Lake Wakatipu comes from the original Mãori word Whatatipu wai-mãori.

Let me introduce a world ocean picture with this wreck shot in New Caledonia. She has been sunked volontary inside the lagoon to create an artificial reef. And it works ! She's sleeping now by 20-25 meters deep along her starboard side. Really nice dive.

African sunrise. Early morning at Hurghada, Egypt. Very calm and wonderfully colorful one. Shot at the beach just on the territory of the hotel. This time sun already risen, but hided behind narrow line of clouds on the horizon, allowing to get few more pretty unusual frames with a sunbeams spreading both to the top and to the bottom. Some silhouettes of the boats far away... Shot with long tele-photo lens compressing the perspective. Enjoy the scenery :)

We always talk about what on earth and there is a lot of wonderful things to be seen all around the world. What we tend not to mention are the Undergrounds! Here is a photo showing a cave named "L'Aven d'Orgnac" located in France... What a beauty!

Palms at Sunset in Hawaii. Hawaii is a place of incredible natural beauty. In 2016, I spent 12 days hitchhiking around Big Island. This was the first Hawaiian sunset that I experienced, near the place where I put up my tent.

Here's a photo I took at the Atacama desert region in North Chile. I was hiking towards a peak and was impressed by this amazing view. The neatly cut sand ridge formed a beautiful curve stretching towards the cliff in distance. The golden sun rays cast a dreamy shade on the whole scene. Truly magical!
