Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @ansharphoto:

Vltava River and Charles Bridge. Most of the photographers love to make photos of Charles Bridge from the bridge itself showing it from the point of view of the person walking along the bridge. But from the Vltava River bank there is also very interesting view showing Charles Bridge from the side.

I rewarded @ansharphoto winning entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.

One of the most famous building in Prague called Dancing House, right next to the River Vltava. Dancing House cuts a fine figure alongside the River, a strikingly modern contrast to Prague's historic attractions. You can find it on the Rašínovo nábreží. This beautiful building can not be overlooked! :)

Yep, this piece of modern architecture has definitely found its place on Prague´s architectural scene. It will make a great entrance to today´s contest. Thank you so much.

Thanks Tomas! :)

Aerial view of Kylesovice, a neighborhood in Opava, the capital city of the historic part of the Czech Republic known as Silesia on a cloudy spring day. Once an independent autonomous village, Kylesovice is dominated by the Church of John of Nepomuk, one of the saints of Bohemia, who was drowned in the Vltava River in Prague at the behest of Wenceslaus, King of the Romans and King of Bohemia.

Prague Skyline

One of the best views of Prague skyline including Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and Saint Vitus Cathedral with beautiful reflections in Vltava river. I used ND 5-stop filter to blur the water and make reflections more prominent.

Yes. The Celts once lived here. Indeed, the Latin name of the country - Bohemia comes from the Celtic tribe Boios.
But this is a new one ... It was built by Tibor Belohorec exactly 9.4.2010.
I deliberately photographed so that you did not know that the dolmen was about a meter high.
But there are several old menhyrs and dolmens in the Czech Republic. But I did not go around them yet...

Hallo everyone! Hallo Tomas!

May I entry with my art? The painting is dedicated to Prague, specifically Charles Bridge... Here you can see the stages of work.

Wow, if you did not say it was an art, I would have thought it was a photograph. For you next entry please make sure to use minimum 30-word description. Thank you. Tomas

Reconstructed baroque building The Písecká Gate, in an attractive location close to Prague Castle, is a popular cultural and public center of Prague 6 where exhibitions, weddings, social gatherings, concerts, presentations of Prague 6, celebrations of anniversaries and public holidays, charity events for the disabled and performances of children's ensembles, schools and clubs in Prague 6. A café is open all year round in the Písecká Gate, in summer with a garden.

Great! I don´t think I have ever passed by that building. Thank you so much for sharing.

You can't visit Prague without a walk or two across the Charles Bridge. Most beautiful views of the Castle and old town especially at night. Crowds are very large. Great place to see the sunset also and take photos.

Czech Paradise in October... it can be still green, still sun, still warm. There is a lot of paths to have a nice walk. I took this picture in 2016 during my travel around Czech Republic.

What a spectacular view, thank you so much for sharing.

Saint Nicholas Church is a jewel of Prague with this crushing bohemian crystal chandelier! Impressive baroque style that commands respect. The architecture remains original and in the spirit of the buildings of Prague. To see but no need to spend hours admiring!

Another view of the prague castle. I first enjoyed the history, the environment and then the various divisions of the castle. Prague and for that matter the Czech republic is rich in everything. From cultural point of view, tradition, food , drink etc.
