Everything we need is in our home. There is no other place in the world better than that. We can have adventures and dreams but never leave our roots and our family aside. Maybe I have not traveled enough but I know that sometimes we try to look for happiness in other places and then we discover that it has always been in our home.

In English you may translate it as Child in the armpit and chaos in the city

Yeah, absolutely agreed.... sometimes we do take things for granted and do not appreciate the small things in life that make a difference.

I have traveled & lived on multiple continents, and yes, this is true. But traveling is an easy way to open & expand your mind.
Given you go explore & eat outside of those resorts that are meant to make you feel at home, as if you didn't travel at all ;-)
It certainly does open whole range of possibilities and expands our horizons, well said!
Traveling the world may not mean traveling from one country to another. It might also mean our daily routine of going out of our homes daily in search of comfort and fulfillment, only to come back home after the day's frustration to find such comfort, love, care and fulfillment in the arms of our loved ones. Some things that we thought we could get outside, if we look keenly in to our homes, we will discover that those things are already there.
I certainly love the comfort of my own home:)......
Our homes are supposed to be our first place of comfort and security. Though our homes wiWill be as comfortable as we make them. That's the place we should give our most investment because when everything else has failed or rejected us, it will be our only place of succor.
~ Whatever we are looking for is within us,we have the capacity and what it takes to succeed. We just have to believe in ourselves that we can achieve success despite challenges.
I read some where that life is light our wishes make it heavy. It's just like our needs are near to us and we try to search them far from our place. The best philosophy to remain happy and see your needs near you
This is an interesting quote. Wanderlust may well be the expression of a longing for something. You may find it on the road, you may find it upon your return, or you may realize that you weren't missing anything at all in the first place.
