Sending Our Son to Norway!
Life just keeps getting crazier for us. When will the whirlwind stop! Today we put our son @espenkirby on a plane at the San Antonio International airport to Norway. He will be hanging out with his best friend who is traveling with him.
Our wonderful Norwegian family that came to visit us last Fall will now be hosting @espenkirby and his friend for 3 months. @oysteinholand promises to keep him busy learning the beautiful Norwegian language and culture.
Espen tells me he's going to journal the trip here on Steemit. Keep an eye on his feed to see how that's going.

He's very excited to spend time away from home in a place that is so beautiful. I'm excited for him.
It's good he can have those experiences in another continent and to learn another language. A little bad having your son so far. The overall feeling is of happiness. I'm also happy for you.
It's a bit sad knowing that he's not home... and sooo far away, but yes we are very happy for him.

Yes scary! Mom is nervous but we do want this experience for him. We are so glad that he gets to do this with his best friend.
Tremendous experience Of course you tell us your experience, the places you visit, the meals, the customs will be very fun and informative. I understand your concern as parents have a child so young away is difficult one thinks a thousand things. If God wants everything will be very good. may the force accompany it
