Susolovka. Life goes on!

in #travel5 years ago

Trains through Susolovka pass once every half hour, and even more often! Railroad crossing here without a barrier. There is still part of the village behind the railway tracks, but few people live there already.

Everyone is engaged in their business affairs.

There was a lot of snow this year and clearing the streets is one of the main occupations of all residents.

Again the train!

And again it went to the point.

In the center of Susolovki there are a lot of places where there are abandoned houses.

Streets are clearing with powerful heavy tractors.

And the main road between the villages serves the local road repair and construction management.

Another feature of Susolovka: small shield houses, similar to the boxes.

Landscape design local spill.

Ordinary private houses are closer to the suburbs and most of them are abandoned or used as dachas cottages in summer.

The only road sign in the village Susolovka installed next to the kindergarten.

Not far from the school there is a birch alley.

During the day, all life is in full swing at the school.

Children are engaged in physical education on skis.

Or just play snowballs at recess.

After the lessons, they are gathered by the whole school and continue to play snowballs.

It was the most positive thing I saw and photographed in this village!

I wanted to join myself, but I honestly continued to do my job, albeit with a smile on my face.

Susolovka is one of the most remote settlements in the Veliky Ustyug district of the Vologda region, where there is still life!

Good luck!

Loving the Ladybirds in the trees :) Very happy photos!

You made me think of my own childhood when I look at your photos. We also had so much snow and we played outside all winter. There wasn't a day we would stay at home unless it was a snow storm of course :) But these days are long gone. Recently, we barely even have some snow.. It's sad to see how the global warming affected our country. I'm glad to see that there are region with plenty of snow nowadays :)

Great photos of a lovely, picturesque village.

Good thing there's no fire this time :) It's lovely to see so much snow in a village and it's more lovely to see kids playing outside and doing sport instead of staying inside and playing video games or who knows what. You did a great job documenting one happy day of the village, congratulations!

Thank you! Glad you like it!

Great pictures! Your blog is impressive!

hi @evildeathcore
what a great place! I like to see these places so isolated in which, however, there is still a lot of natural life, especially in the simplicity of nature and the smile of children! beautiful photos! Great work and thanks for sharing with us
