Universal's Islands of Adventure

We went on a trip to Universal's Islands of Adventure. It is the sister park to Universal Studios and they're both in Orlando, FL. I decided to get express passes to avoid getting stuck waiting in line all day.

When we got there, we went straight for the rides. The first ride was The Hulk.

It is one of the biggest roller coasters at the park and it's all green so it stands out. As we got to the top I was getting nervous because of how high we were. As the cart slowly creeped higher, I saw the drop coming closer. After a couple corkscrews, I was ready to be back on land. The next ride was The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man. On this ride, we were given 3D glasses and asked to fill in as reporters for the Daily Bugle.

You follow Spider-Man as he takes on 5 different villains including a final battle with Doctor Octopus. Our next venture, was into Harry Potter world. A whole section of the park was made to look like the snowy castles from the movies.

We took a break for some food after this and settled upon some chicken with a head of corn.

We went on a few smaller rides and checked out some of the shops before calling it a day. We had gotten to do everything we wanted to do, so it was a successful day.
