Truffle

If you follow my blog you might remember that I visited Alba a while ago and bought white and black truffles. At my friends Ducs restaurant there is a dish called Horenso Truffle. It is just Spinach with a dressing and truffle on top of it

That dish is really amazing and I wanted to see if I can copy it and make it even better than the 893 in Berlin. I bought some Spinach and addet some Japanese Dressing. On top I put a huge chunk of truffle and after trying I can confirm that my truffle spinach salad was awesome.
