Patrick Hellmann Schlosshotel

The Schlosshotel is a nice Hotel near Berlin Steglitz. It was the former Ritz Carlton Hotel and has changed names manytimes. Patrick Hellmann took over the Schloss and Karl Lagerfeld redesigned the interiuer of the hotel.

I like the Hotel as it is offering lunch to their visitors. It is not on the Homepage but if you call you can make a reservation for lunch. Everything at this restaurant tasted amazing. There was some fusion cooking i.e Scallops with Kim-chi which I was afraid off, but it actually tasted amazing.

My Goose with Knoedel was the best I had eaten this year, amazing how the cook prepared this dish.
