Duck

My favorite Duck in Bangkok is prepared by the Chefs of the Pacific Club in Bangkok. They will first show you which duck they will prepared for you. I really love the duck here, when I cant go to Hongkong I will eat a duck here...

As you can see on the pictures we asked the duck already be rolled into the small ricepapers. So the first course was the Cripsy skin of the Duck in Ricepaper. after that they cooked the breast meat and with garlic and pepper which was awesome too.
