Traveling again... this time Canary Islands
Sitting in Philadelphia
Waiting for the next leg from Philly to Madrid, then on to Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It’s been about 6 years since I was there last on business, just like this trip.
The thing that stood out the most about the trip last time was tasting chicken eggs that tasted like chicken eggs. Now I buy only “organic” non anti biotic, etc eggs, but the taste can not compare.
My hopes for this trip is to relive that culinary treat once again.
